Not a chance! Site visits are on the house, part and parcel of our service to make sure everything’s just right for you.

Well, for orders under £500, we’ll just need a £100 deposit. But if you’re going all out with a bigger order, we’ll ask for a 25% deposit. The rest is due on the day of delivery – simple as that.

Absolutely! Our marquees are really versatile – they’re up for any surface apart from water – even concrete! When it comes to most surfaces, we’ll sort it out, using some hefty weights to keep things grounded.

You bet! We like to keep things simple, so feel free to call it a “party tent” or a “marquee” – we’ll hook you up either way.

We like to be fashionably early, so we’ll aim to rock up one or two days before your big day to set things up. Then, the takedown usually happens within 1 to 2 days after the party’s over.

Fear not! When we have our catch up, we’ll dive into the nitty-gritty, chat about your site, and look at the numbers on your guest list. We’ll make sure your marquee has room to spare.
